Repair: How do I repair, make my own drum? A workshop in two day parts. We provide the material (kettle, rope and skin) and you will put your own drum together. The kettles which we use are from Mali, and are of professional quality. You learn how to tie, to shave the skin of the drum and to tighten the ropes well to the kettle. and after good result you get a short workshop how to play the djembé. You can repair your own broken djembé, or you can take your self made drum back home. The costs of the workshop are: €185, -inclusive drum (you can take the drum home) € 85, - inclusive skin (this if you take along your own drum) €70, - if you only follow the workshop.
